I am a female in my late 20s who actually doesn't mind that 30 is just around the corner. The older I get, the more satisfied and confident I feel about the things I love: living a healthy lifestyle by eating healthy whole foods (not low-fat or diet!) and exercising (running, biking, circuit training, and step class), traveling (or at least planning some great trips!), reading home design magazines and planning my dream home(s!), improving my history curriculum, reading, skiing, coaching, trying new restaurants and recipes, watching Boston sports, HGTV, and The Office, and listening to my favorite music (including my newfound obsession with country music!). Hmmm, think that's it : )
